Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is partnered with a mission-driven, nationally recognized organization operating at the intersection of financial services, technology risk, and critical infrastructure resilience on a search for a Program Manager - Enterprise Risk .
This role supports a high-visibility Financial Risk function, working closely with senior leaders across major financial institutions and regulatory stakeholders. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, including dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
Deliver concise, executive-level updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.
Establish governance structures, reporting cadence, and performance tracking mechanisms.
Coordinate stakeholder communications, governance materials, and executive presentations.
Proactively identify, manage, and escalation risks impacting project delivery.
5+ years of Program and/or Project Management experience.
Financial Services industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Collaborative, execution-oriented culture with strong cross-functional partnerships.
Hybrid work environment with meaningful in-person collaboration.
