Duties
Represent entrepreneurs in lower middle‐market acquisitions.
Assist in search fund formation and structuring.
Manage debt financings and commercial lending.
Conduct capital raises and due diligence.
Review and negotiate contracts.
Advise on corporate governance matters.
Requirements
Minimum of seven years of relevant legal experience.
J.D. degree from an ABA‐approved law school.
Active member in good standing of the bar.
Superior analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Ability to manage small to mid‐sized matters independently.
Experience with generative AI platforms preferred.
Education
