What You’ll Do:
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision metal components
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain tight tolerances
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines and equipment
Collaborate with supervisors and quality control to meet production goals
Qualifications:
2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred (will consider strong entry-level candidates with vocational training)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Skilled with precision measuring tools
Familiarity with G-code and basic programming adjustments a plus
Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
