Description
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient settings and create personalized treatment strategies
Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions focusing on mobility, strength enhancement, balance restoration, and functional improvement
Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, case managers, to optimize patient outcomes
Inform and guide patients and families through therapeutic goals and discharge arrangements
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress diligently, adhering to facility and regulatory requirements
Engage in interdisciplinary team rounds to foster coordinated care and maximize recovery
Education
~ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

Certifications
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification is preferred
