Recruiter Trainee ProgramThe Recruiter Trainee Program is a comprehensive training program that is designed to develop the fundamental skills of a recruiter: sourcing, screening, selecting and placing. New recruiters learn from an experienced leader and existing team members to ensure they have the knowledge, tools, and resources to be successful. Recruiter Trainees are considered non-exempt employees and compensated at an hourly rate of $21.26 during the training period (typically first 13 weeks). Overtime hours may be available at leadership discretion during the training period.
