Pathways to Life in Greenville, NC is seeking an entry-level HR Specialist to join our HR Department. This role provides general support to the HR Director and assists the Recruiter with day-to-day tasks, offering a hands-on opportunity to learn across HR functions.
The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree and 1–3 years in HR, with a drive to grow in areas like hiring, records management, onboarding, and compliance with EEO/ADA regulations. This is a full-time, in-office position.
