Senior Associate Attorney ~ Labor Law

3+ Years' Experience Our growing labor and employment defense firm is seeking a well-qualified senior associate attorney who can handle a busy caseload, work independently, and zealously represent clients both in and out of court. Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses

Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions

Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws

Must have at least 3+ years of solid labor & employment experience, including class actions and PAGA matters or litigation experience

Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills

Completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, as well as a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
