Head of HR Services (m/w/d)
Crosspoint Human Service
Lead, coach, and support the Mobile Crisis Services Team to promote professional growth and high-quality service delivery .
Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training efforts with the program director and HR to ensure staff are equipped to provide effective crisis intervention services .
Develop and manage the Mobile Crisis Services team schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Strengthen follow-up and engagement efforts by implementing strategies that connect individuals with ongoing supports and services.
