Head of management hr
$100k - $115kI’m partnering with a well-established organization on a search for an experienced Corporate HR Manager . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic HR partnership with hands-on program ownership .
Lead and evolve performance management strategy and processes
Serve as a trusted HR partner to corporate leadership
Manage employee relations, investigations, and sensitive personnel matters
Lead company-wide employee engagement and onboarding initiatives
Drive learning & development and leadership development programs
Support workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning
Use HR data and trends to provide recommendations to leadership
Lead and develop HR team support
6–8+ years of progressive HR Generalist/HRBP experience
Strong employee relations and investigation experience
Experience designing or redesigning performance management programs
Experience owning major HR programs such as engagement, onboarding, or L&D
Comfortable presenting HR data and recommendations to senior leadership
Multi-state or multi-site HR experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
