As the 2IC Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and supporting our employees, including those with disabilities. Your role will involve creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, providing training and mentorship, and ensuring that all team members can grow and succeed.

Part Time Shift : Week 1 - Sunday only - 11.45am - 4.45pm,

Week 2 - Tuesday to Saturday - 8.45am - 5.15pm

To make an impact at Good Sammy, you will bring along with you your previous experiences you have gathered in retail, having a strong understanding of store operations. Proactively managing stock selection, ordering frequency, stock rotation, sales, promotions, pricing, merchandising, timesheets, rostering, store presentation, waste management, information technology and recycling.

You will have a proven commitment to inclusivity and supporting individuals with disabilities whilst possessing excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Additionally, strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities are essential, along with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
