Administrative Assistant - 12 Months Salt Lake City, UT Reporting to Manager The Administrative Assistant II performs standard and advanced administrative and business operations support for assigned manager(s) and teams. You will provide analytical and organizational support within the functional area and contributes to efficient office and project operations.

Coordinate and contract with builders, developers and contractors to provide natural gas service to their developments.

Support the development and coordination of project plans in collaboration with project manager(s).

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of project status reports

Analyze data and recommend reporting methods; Develop relationships with our teams, customers, builders, and developers.

Coordinate special projects while maintaining confidential files and information.

Construction site visits. Qualifications: 4–7 years of relevant administrative or business operations experience. Manage priorities and work. Handle confidential information
