Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Position - Part time

Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring an Administrative Assistant in Boise, Idaho
Our client, a local office providing counseling and psychological services, is seeking a friendly and dependable Part-Time Receptionist. This is an immediate-opening, temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for additional hours.
Monday–Friday, either 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Answer incoming phone calls
Complete data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents
Assist with email communication and general office support
Maintain office supplies and keep the reception area organized
Provide administrative support to office staff and management
Follow company policies and procedures
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Accurate data-entry skills and strong attention to detail
Previous receptionist, administrative, customer-service, or office experience in a medical office is preferred
HIPPA compliance & knowledge of insurance reimbursements is preferred
