HR Generalist Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
1+ years of human resources experience
Bilingual in Korean and English
Basic knowledge of COBRA, diversity/EEO, FMLA, and employment regulations preferred
HR Generalist Preferred Background & Skills Intellectual curiosity to stay informed on employment laws and HR best practices
HR Generalist Day-to-Day Responsibilities Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters and provide comprehensive support across HR disciplines
Assist with recruiting by identifying and engaging candidates
Investigate employee complaints and help resolve workplace issues
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Partner with Legal and Payroll teams to maintain alignment and respond to compliance inquiries
Keep up to date with HR trends and best practices
Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including scheduling orientation, preparing materials, and supporting benefits enrollment
