Administrative Assistant – Amarillo, TX

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a customer‑service‑focused Administrative Assistant to support one of our valued clients in the Texas Panhandle.

This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks in a fast‑paced office environment.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and providing general office support. Answer and route calls on a multi‑line phone system

Perform filing and general office duties

Complete typing, data entry, and scheduling tasks

Provide customer service and support to clients and team members

Assist with additional administrative duties as needed

Recent office and customer service experience preferred

Strong data entry and typing skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
