Life & AD&D insurance; As a Receptionist for the Outpatient Department, you will provide administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations. In this entry level role, you will adjust the schedules of therapists and prescribers, handle client communication, appointments, admissions, and consent forms to provide quality services to our clients. Greet and promptly assist visitors, clients, employees, salespersons and the public in a courteous and professional manner
Answer phones courteously, record messages accurately, and schedule meetings.
Perform switchboard duties as required, forward calls to appropriate staff or department, answer questions about agency and provide callers with address, directions, and other information
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND
