Head of Business Developments

A&M Home Services is hiring a Commercial Development Manager to drive business-to-business growth across our commercial services division. This role is focused on building strong relationships, generating new opportunities, and expanding our commercial client base through networking, outreach, and strategic follow-up.

This is a growth-focused sales and relationship role for someone who is confident in face-to-face networking, cold calling, and building long-term partnerships with property managers, builders, and commercial decision-makers.

Develop new commercial business through cold calling, networking, and outreach

Build and maintain relationships with property managers, builders, general contractors and business owners

Work existing customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities in the region

Attend networking events, industry meetings, and local business functions

Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and active accounts

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution

Experience in sales, business development, or B2B relationship building (preferred)

Strong communication and networking skills

Comfortable with cold calling and in-person outreach

Ability to build trust with commercial clients and decision‑makers

Growth potential as the commercial division expands

Strong local reputation and existing customer base

Performance‑driven environment with room for advancement
