Job Description
Job Description Small three lawyer firm is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant. The firm handles a wide range of issues- litigation of all types, probate, estate planning and real estate.
The ideal candidate would be able to step in with minimal training, but the person should be a mature self-starter, a "people person" (as you will often be the initial “face” of our firm) and have a sense of humor. The firm is open to training the right person with the above attributes and/or experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle e-filing, calendaring, and deadline tracking
- Draft legal documents
- Answer and route incoming client calls
- Support attorneys across ongoing litigation matters
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation
- Draft Probate forms and Estate Planning documents
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and case materials
* Monthly client billing using Timeslips
