Conduct both standard and specialized clinical laboratory tests-whether it's chemistry, hematology, or immunology-adhering to established guidelines.
Evaluate results meticulously for precision, identify and rectify errors, and ensure lab instruments are well-maintained and calibrated.
Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis whenever necessary.
Document all lab processes in detail, mentor new employees or trainees, and uphold the highest quality standards within the lab.
Ensure a tidy and safe laboratory environment while complying with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Achieve ASCP or AMT Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with healthcare teams.
Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail, particularly in quality control and documentation practices.
