The Human Resources Generalist position is responsible for coordinating daily human resources functions including, but not limited to, employee relations, benefits administration, talent acquisition and management, training, coaching site leaders in areas of health, safety and employment law compliance. This position reports to the HR Director.

Provides day-to-day performance management guidance (e.g., Supports local recruitment efforts, as needed, in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition team.

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

2+ years of human resource management experience

This job is performed in an office environment with occasional exposure to a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to high forklift traffic. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners and photocopiers. Steel-toed shoes and vests are required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when in the warehouse.
