We’re looking for an experienced Buyer to work onsite , source materials, negotiate with suppliers, manage purchase orders, and ensure production has the right materials at the right time and cost. This is a hands‑on opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys supplier relationships, problem‑solving, and finding ways to improve purchasing and inventory performance.

Source and purchase materials and services to support manufacturing operations.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and delivery schedules to drive cost savings.

Manage purchase orders from creation through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely receipt.

Monitor inventory levels, order quantities, and delivery schedules to support lean inventory and prevent shortages.

Partner with Accounting to resolve invoice and purchasing discrepancies.

Work closely with Engineering, R&D, and other departments on new projects and sourcing needs.

Track supplier performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, pricing, and delivery.

Maintain accurate vendor, product, pricing, and purchasing records.

4+ years of procurement, purchasing, or inventory management experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

Strong vendor negotiation and contract knowledge.

Experience with MRP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office.

Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.

Experience with RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, and cost analysis.
