Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-centered Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our center. You will work closely with clinical leadership, support staff, and families to ensure operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with RCG’s high standards of care. Lead and manage daily operations, including scheduling, intake coordination, and billing support

Supervise and support administrative and operations staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback

Serve as a key point of contact for families, insurance providers, and community partners

Partner with clinical leadership to ensure operational workflows support high-quality care and compliance

Ensure compliance with Virginia state regulations, payer requirements, and internal standards

Oversee facility operations, vendor relationships, and supply management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

3–5 years of operations management experience, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or pediatric services

Strong understanding of insurance processes, authorizations, and healthcare compliance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling or practice management systems

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred to support our diverse community
