URGENTLY HIRING! Staffing Recruiter

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee hiring efforts for two locations. Location: New Castle County, DE (onsite)
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: $25/hour
Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for applicants via calls, walk‑ins, and online inquiries.
Manage recruiting inboxes for multiple divisions, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communication.
Process all pre‑employment requirements, including background checks, physicals, drug screenings, and driving records.
Track all applicant documentation and ensure compliance with DOT and company policies.
Coordinate and attend community recruiting events and job fairs (weekends or flexible hours).
Maintain accurate spreadsheets and reporting for candidate tracking.
Support applicants throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience, ideally in high‑volume hiring.
Comfortable managing multiple locations and stepping up independently.
Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
Experience with pre‑employment screenings and background checks preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and social media for recruiting.
Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
