Compensation and Bonus Structure

Base Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually with total earning potential up to $104,400. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.

Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company.

BCBA’s become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

Bonus Structure

Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, rewarding impact without delay.

Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.

Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing their Master’s in ABA.

Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Relocation Packages: Available to ease transition expenses.

401(k) with Company Match: Boost retirement potential.

Scheduling and Work-Life Balance

Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, daytime hours.

Holiday and PTO: Almost 30 days off in Year One, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.

Manageable Caseload: Support up to 8 children.

No Non-Compete Clauses: No restrictions.

Center Leadership: BCBA > Sr. BCBA > Assistant Clinical Director > Clinical Director > Sr. Clinical Director > Group Clinical Director > Regional Clinical Director.

Training & Development: Participation in evidence‑based ABA training.

Clinical Guidance: Guidance from a dedicated advisory board of leading clinicians.

Education and Support

Continuing Education: Minimum 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, plus funds for additional courses and 2 paid days off for CEU events.

Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging.

Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high‑quality care.
