CNC Machinist(Temp to permanent)

We are seeking an experienced Class A CNC Mill Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will lead complex setups, prove out new program designs, build custom fixtures, and machine tight-tolerance components for aerospace, defense, and medical applications. Perform complex, non-standard machine setups on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal CNC milling centers. Programming & Editing: make edits or generate toolpaths using CAM software (Mastercam / Fusion 360).
Quality & GD&T: Interpret complex engineering blueprints with full Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Perform first-article inspection using CMM, height gauges, micrometers, and optical comparators.
Guide and support Class B/C machinists and machine operators. We are also seeking a CNC Mill Machinist B! Experience: 2 to 5 years of CNC milling setup and operator experience.

Machinist A

Master Setup & Programming: Write and optimize G-code/CAM programs for complex 3- to 5-axis parts; Advanced Quality & GD&T: Interpret complex engineering drawings/GD&T and perform CMM or first-piece inspections.
Machinist B

Production Execution: Run proven CNC programs, make offset adjustments, and replace worn tools.
In-Process Inspection: Use precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges) to keep parts within tolerance.
