Program Manager

Our client is seeking a Manager Level Program Manager with deep expertise in bank fraud prevention to lead cross‑functional initiatives. You will work independently and collaboratively with business and technology teams to drive program success.

Lead and manage program initiatives with autonomy and accountability

Apply functional expertise in bank fraud prevention to guide decision‑making

Oversee program execution, timeline management, and stakeholder communication

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

812 years of relevant experience in program or project management

Strong functional understanding of bank fraud prevention and detection

Demonstrated experience with Actimize or similar fraud management platforms

Experience in a program manager or similar leadership role

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives
