The modern job market is dynamic and changing. Job seekers need convenient and effective tools to find vacancies that match their needs and expectations. Jooble strives to make this process as comfortable as possible by offering solutions like Job benefit tags and Salary estimations.
The job card on the Jooble website used to look like this — it contained:
We started adding categories of different tags, they are bright and clear at a glance.
All this had been done to make it much easier for a job seeker to navigate what advantages a particular vacancy has.
Job benefit tags allow job seekers to see only what they are interested in. This makes the search process more targeted and efficient.
Usually, we focus on working conditions and type of employment — these are the two main conditions important for blue-collar workers. We have the majority of these users.
And now job cards on the Jooble website include such tags:

That’s why we add different categories of tags that highlight different working conditions.
Tags increase the number of clicks on jobs, because the job seeker understands more about a vacancy and what the employer offers. These bright and clear tags help job seekers quickly navigate the benefits of a job, making the search process more efficient.
The new feature has produced marvellous results. For example, client conversions increased on:
On average, the number of applications increased by 7.8% in all countries represented.
At first glance, these tags may seem like a minor feature, but if you add them wisely with the proper logic, they allow job seekers to spend less time searching for their dream job.

Now we’re going to tell you about a new feature that job seekers enjoy: predicted salary.
The fact is that some jobs don’t specify a salary and job seekers often bypass such offers and don’t read their descriptions. That’s why we at Jooble have developed a solution to help job seekers read job descriptions and speed up their search for a dream job.
Based on the information available to Jooble (we know what vacancies were available for each profession and what salary was indicated there), the Data Science team makes a forecast. And this forecast, in the form of a projected salary, is added to jobs that do not have it. The Estimated icon appears next to the job card and the projected salary, so a job seeker knows this is a forecast.

Currently, estimated salaries are only available in France and the UK.
