Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists provide care primarily to stable, low-acuity adults who seek assistance for a range of mental health challenges. Clients may present with varying degrees of anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Your role will involve working closely with clients to help them navigate their emotional journeys, enhancing their quality of life through skilled therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a current, fully licensed credential: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions against your licensure.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine empathy for clients.

• Strong proficiency with technology and digital platforms used in telehealth settings.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling. Experience with diverse patient populations and familiarity with solution-focused therapy modalities is a plus. Knowledge of telehealth practices will contribute to your success in this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 , based on your experience and hours worked. In addition, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit for your convenience, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
