We're partnering with a well-established luxury brand company on a Payroll Specialist position for their HR and Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring payroll accuracy, driving process improvements, and supporting employees across multiple locations.
\n \nWhat You'll Be Doing

- Manage full-cycle (end-to-end) payroll processing for a diverse employee population, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution. \n
- Review payroll data, audits, and reports to identify discrepancies, maintain data accuracy, and support continuous process improvements. \n
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers to streamline payroll operations and enhance reporting efficiencies. \n
- Support employee compensation activities, including bonuses, special earnings, payroll adjustments, and other variable pay components. \n
- Ensure adherence to payroll tax regulations, compliance requirements, and internal controls across multiple jurisdictions. \n
- Act as a trusted resource for employee payroll-related questions while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service. \n
What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- 7+ years of payroll experience supporting multi-state payroll for medium-large employee populations. \n
- Experience working with payroll platforms, HR systems, and timekeeping applications. (Paylocity, ADP, PeopleSoft) \n
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation activities. \n
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll practices, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. \n
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving. \n
