Job Description

·                     Oversee and manage the full gas processing operation, including direct supervision of plant employees, equipment and safety

·                     Serve as the lead onsite representative, providing both technical expertise and operational direction to plant personnel

·                     Collaborate and interface with the host landfill partner (Republic Services), regulatory agencies, and key customers

·                     Drive achievement of critical plant performance metrics, including downtime/uptime production targets and safety standards

Key Requirements

·         Minimum of 5+ years of management experience within petrochemical, Oil, Gas, Energy, or Power Generation environments

·         Mechanically inclined with the ability to be hands-on with equipment as needed
