Senior Manager - Marketing Operations

Role Description

The Senior Manager of Marketing Operations will own REE Medical’s marketing technology stack, data architecture, and operational infrastructure that enable other marketing functions to perform. This role owns the technical foundation of marketing:

• HubSpot
• Lead lifecycle automation
• Marketing-to-sales integration
• Attribution plumbing
• Reporting infrastructure
• Referral Rock and adjacent system integrations

You will manage a direct report (Webmaster and Analytics Manager), partner closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager on HubSpot strategy and roadmap execution, partner with Sales on lead routing and handoff, and serve as the operational source of truth for marketing performance data and platform integrity.

The ideal candidate is a senior builder and a systems thinker: someone who has owned marketing operations and MarTech administration end-to-end, who is hands-on with HubSpot configuration, who is comfortable operating in a regulated industry where data privacy and compliance matter, and who can translate marketing strategy into reliable, well-instrumented operational systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
• 7+ years of marketing operations, marketing technology, or related infrastructure experience with direct ownership of platform administration, integration, and data architecture.
• Proven track record administering marketing automation platforms with configuration, workflow build, integration management, and data hygiene responsibilities.
• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub; HubSpot certifications strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Marketing operator mindset: strategic thinking, and also a roll-up-your-sleeves and dig in to execute mindset.
• Self-starter who operates with minimal supervision, takes full ownership of outcomes, and proactively identifies and resolves issues.
• People management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management of direct reports; experience developing technical talent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and presenting operational metrics to senior leadership.
• Experience marketing in regulated, compliance-sensitive, or healthcare-adjacent categories is preferred.
• Empathy for and understanding of the veteran community is a meaningful advantage; veteran and military-affiliated candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Martech Ownership: Own holistic strategy, governance, and operational health of REE Medical's marketing technology stack.
• HubSpot Admin: Own HubSpot administration end-to-end, including platform configuration, user management, and ongoing system hygiene.
• Referral Rock Admin: Own Referral Rock administration and operational hygiene.
• Marketing-to-Sales Integration: Manage lead routing logic and integration health between HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Team Leadership: Manage a direct report and oversee website operations and analytics.
• Marketing Attribution: Own tracking implementation and attribution model execution.
• Data hygiene and quality: Manage duplicate management, list governance, and data validation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT on shared services and security requirements.
• Data Privacy: Support compliance and data privacy requirements.
• Vendor Management: Manage marketing technology vendor relationships.
• Marketing Reporting: Build and maintain marketing reporting infrastructure.
• Platform Reporting: Develop and present weekly platform health and operational performance reporting.
• Insights & Planning: Contribute to annual operating planning and stay current on regulatory shifts.
• Leadership: Model rigorous, ethical, and disciplined operational practice.
