Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota special education teaching license required
• Experience working in special education across elementary, middle, and/or high school levels preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and parents
• Ability to adapt lessons and instructional strategies to meet individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Passion for fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction to students with varied learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student achievement
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance records
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
