Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the nature and severity of their mood disorders and relationship issues.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities including structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and more.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress, maintain accurate and confidential records, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessment.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all clients.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
