There is plenty of free parking and nearby MBTA access Schedule: 1st shift 7am-3pm Monday-Friday with rotating weekends Set-up: This is a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extending Pay: up to $85/hour Key Responsibilities Supervise patient care across units, reviewing assessments, care plans, and documentation to ensure continuity and quality Communicate patient status, safety concerns, and shift updates to clinical and administrative personnel Coordinate staffing and resources, including authorizing overtime, monitoring budgets, and supporting staff development Deliver culturally sensitive nursing care and act as a resource for staff, hospital services, and patient advocacy Requirements Minimum 3 years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital, clinic, or medical facility At least 1 year of supervisory, administrative, or managerial experience Current and valid RN license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing Must have a calm demeanor and knowledge regarding escalated issues in a chronic long-term care or critical care environment Highly Preferred Experience Prior experience with tracheostomy care or ventilation care #J-18808-Ljbffr ProPivotal
