Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on physician referrals and best practice methodologies.
• Implement diverse treatment protocols for a range of patients, including those dealing with orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine conditions.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care, utilizing proven techniques that foster recovery and improve functional outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress through regular assessments and adapt treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal recovery pathways.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic processes, ensuring they understand their roles in achieving rehabilitation goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will involve working with a varied patient population, including adults recovering from surgery, children with developmental delays, athletes rehabilitating from injuries, and those with chronic pain conditions. Each treatment plan will be unique, developed with the individual needs of patients in mind, emphasizing the importance of personal connection in treatment.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in physical therapy, showcasing a strong clinical skill set.
• Current CPR certification demonstrating commitment to patient safety.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Convivial Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000–120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
