Account Coordinator

At Gallagher, we're looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team. As part of our team, you'll be the driving force behind positive change, helping clients build environments where employees thrive. In this role, you'll develop comprehensive implementation plans, establish project timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully deliver customer programs and key strategic initiatives. Sometimes, all of this happens in one day!

You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every detail is accounted for and every client interaction is meaningful. You'll use your organizational skills and eye for detail to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Whether you're picking up the phone to solve a problem or ensuring a project is completed on time, you'll take pride in delivering excellence every step of the way.

You'll also:

• Implement COE program for clients.
• Develop plans and organize cross functional teams to implement customer programs providing core deliverables.
• Provide support to the field including identifying immediate needs and engaging applicable teams, as necessary.
• May provide training to field to ensure smooth transition for clients.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Employee Benefits experience. Preferred: Must obtain Life & Health License within the first 90 days of employment, if not already licensed. Experience in account management or a similar client-facing role. Behaviors: Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
