Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and check in patients
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Answer phone calls and handle patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and update databases
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and payment processing
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or medical front-desk role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dental practice management software is a plus

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday through Friday (full-time)
• Hourly pay range: $24 $28 per hour, based on experience
