Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, including intake interviews, to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to support clients in effective coping strategies and behavior modification.
\n
• Respond to clients’ immediate needs through crisis intervention and support during acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and stability.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in a secure and organized manner, adhering to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive client care and effective resource utilization.

• Engage in community outreach and client education to promote mental health awareness, treatment options, and available local resources.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and training, to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who experience a range of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

• At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
