  • Design challenging finance benchmarks and evaluation sets that measure whether model performance is improving.
  • Help develop finance-specific skills and tools in collaboration with researchers.

  • Demonstrated progression to a senior individual-contributor or leadership role, such as Vice President, Director, Principal, Managing Director, Portfolio Manager, Controller, or CFO, with ownership of analysis and decisions.
  • Hands-on use of large language models in professional work and the ability to distinguish sound reasoning from plausible but incorrect answers.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Work Terms
  • Full-time W-2 employment, paid hourly.
  • Commitment of 40 hours per week for an initial 6-month engagement.
  • Hybrid role based in the Bay Area, California, with on-site work alongside the client team multiple days per week when required.
