Oncology/Hematology Clinician for AI Model Training [Remote]

This role applies senior clinical oncology and hematology expertise to evaluate clinical trial materials and to train next-generation AI systems for healthcare. You will review clinical study documents, judge the clinical defensibility of efficacy and safety conclusions, assess adverse events and dose escalation decisions, and produce clear, guideline-based written rationales for non-clinical audiences. Work is fully remote, contract based, and does not require prior AI experience. Key Responsibilities

• Author and review evaluation tasks that require nuanced clinical judgment, using Clinical Study Reports, periodic safety reports, and regulatory correspondence.
• Assess the clinical defensibility of efficacy and safety conclusions, ensuring endpoints and effect sizes reflect true clinical significance.
• Apply advanced judgment to dose escalation, dose limiting toxicities, dose modifications, adverse event grading and attribution, and the coherence of patient narratives.
• Evaluate benefit risk reasoning, scrutinize the durability of conclusions in light of new events, and judge the realism of described management strategies.
• Identify and flag content that is clinically implausible or internally inconsistent, while distinguishing legitimate clinical variation.
• Provide structured, guideline based written rationales that explain the validity or limitations of clinical interpretations for non clinical audiences.
• Support or participate in medical monitoring and review activities, including IDMC, DSMB, adjudication, or independent review where applicable.

• Clinical oncology and clinical hematology expertise.
• Clinical trial evaluation experience, including review of protocols, investigator brochures, clinical study reports, and safety narratives.
• Proficiency in CTCAE adverse event grading and attribution.
• Familiarity with response and assessment criteria, including RECIST, Lugano, IMWG, IWCLL, and ELN.
• Outcome and endpoint analysis experience, including ORR, DoR, PFS, OS, and MRD.
• Experience assessing dose escalation and dose limiting toxicity decisions.
• Benefit risk analysis and clinical reasoning skills.
• Strong structured written communication, with the ability to explain complex clinical information to non clinical audiences and to produce guideline based documentation.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem identification and resolution.
• Experience participating in medical monitoring or review committees, or equivalent advisory activities.
• Record of peer reviewed publication or authorship on clinical trial manuscripts is desirable.

• Specialist registration or board certification in medical oncology and/or hematology.
• Five or more years of clinical experience after completing training.
• Direct involvement in clinical trials as an investigator, sub investigator, sponsor side medical monitor, safety physician, or clinical development physician.
• Prior roles in medical monitoring or as medical director on oncology or hematology programs, with committee participation experience.
