Job Full Description Human Resources Assistant Lafayette, LA| $20-$25/Hour | Full-Time We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage core human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to support both employees and management in a fast-paced environment.
