Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate comprehensive treatment plans catered to individual client needs, including the development of pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Maintain clear and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality care and adherence to state guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools, collaborating with clinical teams to enhance client treatment and recovery pathways.

• Actively engage in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans, integrating feedback from team members and clients.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering collaborative relationships that benefit client outcomes.

• Participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the clinic's high standards of service delivery.

• Promote CayLab’s mission, values, and principles within the community through active engagement and outreach efforts.

• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development, including attending workshops, conferences, and relevant state-wide meetings.

• Assist the Clinic Director with additional responsibilities as necessary to enhance organizational operations and client services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health discipline is required for this role.
