Location: Pueblo, CO, 1600 North Grand Avenue

Employment Type: Full-time, Perm

Shift: Monday to Friday, 36 patient-facing hours/week

Experience: Board Eligible/Board Certified (must complete residency)

License/Certs: Colorado Medical License (or eligible)

Hours/Week: 36

End Date/Duration: Ongoing

Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Hourly Pay Rate)

Additional Requirements: No visa candidates, not open for locums

Competitive Base Salary: $287,000 - $319,000 annually

Bonuses: Quality and/or productivity bonuses may be available

What You'll Do

• Provide primary care services to adult patients in a well-established team environment
• Manage a panel of patients with support from clinical medical assistants
• Collaborate with specialists across the UCHealth network for comprehensive care
• Deliver care within a care-team model emphasizing patient-centered medicine
• Participate in regional phone-only call with minimal weekend coverage
• Maintain a work-life balance in a vibrant community setting
• Keep up with ongoing medical practices and evidence-based care standards

What You Need

• Required:
• Medical license in Colorado (or eligible for licensure)
• Completion of residency (board eligible accepted)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred:
• Prior primary care experience
• Able to quickly empanel patients
