Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $1.00 (based on the pay range equivalent to $328,000$365,000/year)

What You'll Do

• Provide expert OB/GYN care at a well-established facility with access to state-of-the-art technology, including 2 daVinci XI robots
• Participate in a balanced 50/50 OB/GYN clinical practice split across two outpatient clinics
• Manage approximately 20 patients daily, providing comprehensive women's health services
• Engage in a call schedule of 1:5, primarily with CNMs managing overnight call coverage
• Collaborate with a team of six physicians and four certified nurse midwives to deliver personalized patient care
• Utilize Epic EMR system to document visits, procedures, and patient histories
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient education efforts

What You Need

Required:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN physician
• Valid medical license to practice in Colorado
• Enthusiasm for full-time, patient-centered care

Preferred:

• Experience working in a hospital setting and outpatient clinics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for women's health and community engagement
