Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical activities, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with department policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to devise comprehensive treatment strategies, including discharge planning based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Engage and consult with family members and support systems to ensure a robust support network for clients during treatment and after discharge.
\n
• Formulate personalized treatment protocols that cater to individual client needs, examining their specific circumstances and challenges.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to deliver therapeutic counseling, track progress, and modify treatment strategies to foster continual development.

• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate client advancement and adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients from diverse backgrounds with varying emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs. Our clinic is dedicated to providing support for students within the school setting, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and social challenges. Your work will directly contribute to improving the mental health landscape of the youth in Corry, Pennsylvania.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Hold a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a mental health setting.

• Must have current Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or are in the process of obtaining it.

• Exhibit outstanding organizational skills and a proactive demeanor, particularly in managing documentation and billing hours.
