Director of Product-Cleaner Experience

Role Description

Join Homeaglow as Director of Product, Cleaner Experience and own the supply-side product experience for a rapidly growing, two-sided home services marketplace.

In this role, you’ll lead the strategy, systems, and product experiences that help cleaners succeed on the Homeaglow platform. When cleaners are better supported, better matched, and better equipped to deliver great service, customers have stronger experiences and the business continues to scale. This is a high-impact opportunity for a product leader who can combine strong product judgment, quantitative rigor, experimentation, and user empathy to improve cleaner acquisition, onboarding, education, quality, retention, and utilization.

• Own the full cleaner lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding through long-term retention and performance.
• Design and run experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and actionable learnings.
• Lead major product initiatives, including cleaner app re-platforming, onboarding optimization, job allocation, matching, and cleaner UX improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally with founders, product leadership, design, engineering, analytics, and operations to ship meaningful improvements at scale.
• Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. while driving measurable impact for a profitable, high-growth marketplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience at a high-growth consumer technology company.
• Proven experience owning the full product lifecycle, including ideation, prioritization, implementation, experimentation, measurement, and iteration.
• Strong hands-on experience with experimentation, including A/B testing, hypothesis design, success metrics, sample size considerations, and post-test analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to ship products that changed user behavior at scale.
• Deep analytical rigor, with the ability to interpret experiment results, understand trade-offs, and make sound product decisions based on data.
• Strong qualitative user empathy, with the ability to understand user motivations, pain points, and behavioral drivers.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear requirements, explain product decisions, and communicate progress, trade-offs, and results.
• Experience working closely with design, engineering, analytics, operations, and senior leadership to ship product improvements end-to-end.

Requirements

• Preferred, but not required: Experience building product for a supply-side, marketplace, or operations-facing audience.
• Marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience with mobile app products, onboarding flows, matching systems, quality evaluation, retention, or utilization strategies.
• Experience in fast-moving, highly iterative product environments where learning velocity and measurable outcomes matter.
