Director of Product, Cleaner Experience

Role Description

Are you a product leader who understands that marketplace success depends on balancing the needs of both sides of the platform? Homeaglow is seeking a Director of Product, Cleaner Experience to own the products, systems, and experiences that help cleaning professionals join, succeed, and grow their businesses on one of the largest home services marketplaces in the United States.

This role sits at the heart of Homeaglow's marketplace engine. You'll own the complete cleaner journey, from acquisition and onboarding through quality management, retention, and engagement. Every improvement you make to the cleaner experience directly impacts marketplace liquidity, customer satisfaction, service quality, and company growth.

As the leader of this experience, you'll combine product strategy, experimentation, analytics, and user empathy to improve how thousands of cleaning professionals interact with the platform. You'll identify marketplace friction, test solutions, and launch experiences that drive measurable improvements across both the supply and demand sides of the business.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with experimentation, including A/B testing, hypothesis design, success metrics, sample size considerations, and post-test analysis.
• Deep analytical rigor, with the ability to interpret experiment results, understand trade-offs, and make sound product decisions based on data.
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces/platforms.
• Experience with gig economy platforms.
• Experience with on-demand service marketplaces.
• Experience with labor marketplaces.
• Experience with supply-side marketplace experiences.
• Experience with logistics, mobility, or matching platforms.

Requirements

• Experience making tradeoff decisions where customer needs, provider needs, operational efficiency, and marketplace economics must all be considered simultaneously.
