Maryland Attorney Opportunity - Creditors' Rights / Litigation

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle negotiations and work toward resolution of active litigation matters.Draft, review, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other case-related documents.Appear at hearings and trials throughout your designated region. Mileage and approved travel expenses are reimbursed.Coordinate with internal team members, clients, and opposing counsel to move cases toward timely and appropriate resolutions.Qualifications & ExperienceMust be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Maryland.Strong understanding of civil litigation, courtroom procedures, and case management.Ability to evaluate legal matters, develop resolution strategies, and negotiate effective settlements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other technology in a professional legal environment.Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a high level of client service.Previous experience in collections, creditors’ rights, debt recovery, or litigation is preferred, but industry-specific training is available for the right candidate.What This Opportunity OffersNo Billable Hour Requirement.
