Accounts Payable Administrator

Responsibilities: Accounts Payable monthly statement reconciliation Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor account records Oversee and manage purchase orders (match receipts and P.O.s) to confirm proper invoicing Address purchase order over receipt issues Support other members of accounts payable division as needed Work closely with operations teams (P.O.s and A.P. invoicing) Receiving Other tasks may be assigned Abilities/Requirements: Admin/Clerical experience (2 years minimum) Accounts payable experience a plus but not required Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to manage multiple projects and communication channels simultaneously Willing to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary Must be authorized to work in the United States (We do E-Verify) High school diploma or equivalent required Education: High school diploma or GED required.
