Leading the Life Insurance distribution strategy, the full-time salaried Vice President of NMO Sales will drive profitable growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and build organizational capabilities within the NMO channel. Key responsibilities Execute and enhance the strategic vision and growth plan for the NMO channel, focusing on sales growth and market expansion Build and lead a high-performing national sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence Strengthen strategic distribution partnerships by serving as the primary relationship leader and advocating for distributor needs Required qualifications High school diploma required; advanced degree or industry designations preferred 15+ years of insurance or financial services experience, with significant life insurance distribution experience 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, particularly in NMO or related channels Proven track record of building strategic partnerships and delivering sustained sales growth Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills, with experience in multi-channel distribution environments
