We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Records Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate, compliant, and well-structured records across the organization. This role requires strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage electronic records efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Implement and follow archival processing procedures for effective records management
• Utilize taxonomy and classification principles to organize records accurately
• Maintain and update content management systems
• File, retrieve, and track physical and electronic records
• Manage metadata to improve searchability and retrieval accuracy
• Ensure all record-keeping practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Proofread and review records for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Support administrative tasks related to record maintenance and departmental operations

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in records management is a plus
• Proficiency in archival processing and record organization techniques
• Familiarity with taxonomy principles and metadata management
• Experience using content management or document management systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow compliance and confidentiality standards
